A lazy Authentic Breakfast: Turkey Sunny Side Up-wich

I woke up this morning, feeling like being a good housewife and decided to make breakfast. And came up with this super easy but still somehow fancy looking "Turkey Sunny Side Up-wich".

So the ingredients are common, the preparing and cooking is simple, and the dishes? Just let your boyfriend do it.

Here is what you need:

     4                              pieces of sliced Bread
4                              slice of cheese (any kind you have, I used swiss cheese)
1/2                           tomato, sliced into thin pieces
1/2                           small cucumber, sliced into thin pieces
     4                              eggs
150 grams               Tuscan Turkey, sliced (we got it at Safeway, but you can use any meat you like)
     2 tbsp                       Olive oil

1. Toast the bread with with cheese in a toaster until cheese melted (takes about 5 minutes)
2. Meanwhile heat up the frying pan and put in the oil
3. Make sunny side up eggs two at a time
4. Start layering, bottom to top:  bread+cheese, turkey, tomato, cucumber, and sunny side up eggs!!
5. Enjoy!
